Requirements
- Slack workspace (with permission to install apps).
- Active Hirempire account.
Installation Steps
Log in to your Hirempire account and go to Settings → Integrations → Slack.
Click "Add to Slack."
Authorize the app by selecting your Slack workspace and clicking "Allow."
Return to Hirempire, navigate to Settings → Slack, choose your notification channels, and save.
Using the Slack App
Receiving Notifications
When a candidate applies or their stage changes, you will receive instant alerts including:
- Candidate name
- Position applied for
- Quick link to view candidate details in Hirempire
Posting Jobs from Slack
- Talk to Hirempire AI within Slack.
- Review and agree.
- Receive job's URLs.
Updating Candidate Stage from Slack
- Ask Hirempire AI to update a specific applicant.
- Select the new stage directly in Slack.
- The candidate's stage will update instantly in Hirempire.

Can I disconnect the Slack App?
Yes. Go to Hirempire → Settings → Slack → Disconnect.
Do I need Slack admin permissions?
Only if your workspace restricts app installations. Contact your Slack admin if you do not have permission.
Is it secure?
Yes, the app only requests minimal permissions to send notifications and manage candidate updates.
